PADOVA

The portuguese Franciscan Antonio spent in Padova the last period of his life and few year after his dead he was proclamed Saint.
The Basilica, with his mortal remains, receives every years millions of believers. Other places of interest are the Dome, the Scrovegni Chapel frescoed by Giotto and Piazza dei Signori, the very heart of the historical center.
